Returns

Our goal is Zero return, meaning we do everything in our power to make our customers happy with their purchase.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will happily give you a full refund for the product.

Customers have a full return right within 30 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in its' original condition.

If you'd like to return your purchase, just email us your order information at info@swedishlinens.com and state RETURN under the subject. We will reply within 3 working days (usually within 24 hours). We will confirm your request and email you a return form.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we have arranged for a full refund*. Please note that it may take a couple of days until you receive the refund, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Do you want to exchange your product? No problem. Email us at info@swedishlinens.com , state EXCHANGE under the subject and copy-paste the order information. We will get back to you within 3 working days max (usually within 24 hours). We will confirm your request and email you a return form.

Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will then refund your order* and you will be able to place a new order for another product. Please note that it may take a couple of days until you receive the refund, depending on your bank.

If you wish to exchange a product please make sure you contact us within 30 days after receiving your purchase.

Faulty item

Have you received a damaged or a faulty item? We're so sorry to hear! 

Email us at info@swedishlinens.com , state FAULTY under the subject and copy-paste the order information. We will get back to you with further instructions within 3 working days max (usually within 24 hours). In case of faulty products or products that were damaged during delivery please contact us as soon as possible, no later than 5 days from the moment you received the item. 

If the item was faulty you will be given a choice to get a full refund or a new item. We will also cover the shipping costs.

Exchange gifts

Want to exchange a gift you received? Sure! Just email us the receipt+order information at info@swedishlinens.com and state "exchange gift" under the subject. We'll let you know what to do next. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate* for the value of the item will be emailed to you.

 

* Unless the product you received was faulty we cannot be responsible for shipping costs associated with an exchanged item or items lost in transit. We recommend that you use trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If the product was faulty we will cover the shipping cost.
